Questions about plans and payment
Is the price per user?
No. The price covers your whole organization, for as many people as the plan allows.
How do I pay?
Payment is currently manual: bank transfer or e-wallet. Your organization's admin sends an activation request from the app, and we activate it within one business day.
What's the minimum term?
The first payment at the launch price covers at least 3 months. After that you can subscribe for 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months — 12 and 24 months at the yearly rate.
What exactly is the launch offer?
For each organization's first subscription: the launch price for the first 3 months, then the regular price. Paying the first year upfront costs the launch price × 10 months.
How does the invite code work?
Every organization has its own invite code in the app. When a new organization signs up with your code and makes its first payment, you both get a free month — up to 6 free months a year. The month is added to your subscription and isn't paid out in cash.
Are there discounts for schools and non-profits?
Yes: 30% off the regular price after a simple verification. It can't be combined with the launch price.
