What is Tablio?
A tool that turns Excel tables into smart entry forms. Your team enters data on desktop or mobile, every cell is checked as it's typed, and files are then merged, reviewed and exported.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Tablio Web runs in your browser on desktop and mobile. The desktop app is optional.
Do I need Excel on my computer?
Not for Tablio Web, on desktop or mobile (Android and iPhone). The result is a regular Excel file you can open in Excel or any spreadsheet app. The desktop app needs Excel installed for some features.
Does it support Arabic?
Yes. The interface and your files work fully in Arabic and English, with dark mode too.
Files
Does Tablio change my file's layout?
No. Your file keeps its layout, formatting and formulas, and opens in Excel at any time.
What if my file is password-protected?
Tablio asks for the password before opening it.
Do formulas keep working?
Yes. Calculated columns are marked ƒ and can't be overwritten, and new rows pick up the formula automatically. Details.
Can I start without a file?
Yes: use "New project" or "Ready templates", with the sheet designer. Details.
Privacy & security
Where are my files stored?
They aren't. A file exists only during your session and is deleted automatically afterwards. Keep your copy by exporting it.
What data do you collect?
Account details and usage statistics as counts only — no file content, no file names, no values. How we protect your files.
Can my team members see everything?
Not if you don't want them to. You can hide a sheet, table or column from members, or make it read-only. Details.
Team & subscription
How many members can I add?
It depends on the plan: 1 on Solo, up to 10 on Team, up to 50 on Organization, and more by arrangement.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan and pay by bank transfer or e-wallet. We activate your subscription manually within one business day.
Is the desktop app included?
Yes, in every plan. Download the desktop app.
How do I get support?
In the app: "Support", then a new ticket — the reply comes by email. Or through the contact page.
